You’ll provide detailed and insightful reports and analysis to support decision-making and delivery for regulatory work programmes. Y ou’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders, providing forecasting, projections and options for data-informed decision making. The majority of information is held within GIS systems and databases.

You'll be responsible for transparent and diligent record-keeping, ensuring seamless communication and data management. Ideally, you’ll be tertiary qualified in Information systems/ Data Science/ Analysis or equivalent. Alternatively, you’ll have significant experience in operational data analysis/ information systems/ Data Science.

You’ll provide detailed and insightful reports and analysis to support decision-making and delivery for regulatory work programmes. Y ou’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders, providing forecasting, projections and options for data-informed decision making. You would also;
- Develop, implement and maintain processes and documentation to ensure accurate, quality data and reports
- Develop and maintain operational data sets and reports
- Provide internal users with training and support to ensure effective use of systems
- Provide advice and guidance around data and insights
- Provide overall data stewardship, ensuring compliance with national agreements and regulatory obligations

- Ideally you will have significant experience with GIS, databases and developing customised reports
- This role is key for programme reporting and planning, including demonstrating success and providing data to enable effective future planning. A high level of confidence in being able to provide and analyse information quickly and effectively is essential
- Your initiative and knowledge of databases and systems management would be welcomed to contribute to improving data and information management
Ideally, you’ll be tertiary qualified in Information systems/ Data Science/ Analysis or equivalent. Alternatively, you’ll have significant experience in operational data analysis/ information systems/ Data Science.
You’ll Bring
- A minimum of five years' experience in developing, maintaining, and optimising reports and dashboards, in Power BI.
- Ability to work with GIS data and spatial analysis to inform operational planning.
- Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective, data-driven reporting solutions.
- Confidence across the Microsoft Office suite, and the aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to specialised or bespoke systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate data requirements to non-technical audiences.
- Talent for visual storytelling, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, accessible formats—such as maps, charts, and reports—for a wide range of stakeholders.
