Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for end-to-end delivery of our digital marketing communications. Based in Christchurch, the key responsibilities are to ensure that we're creating and deploying memorable and effective digital experiences that answer the many and varied needs of our shareholders This role is not for the faint hearted and does include day to day management of automated campaign builds and execution through to performance reporting, providing recommendations on campaign scheduling, managing the day-to-day prioritisation across all automated campaigns and digital customer journey management Mōhou ake | About you We're looking for someone who loves to create, enjoys working at a fast pace across multiple teams and will ensure we achieve our business results You'll also have:

Demonstrated experience using Adobe Campaign as a core part of your marketing automation toolkit (this is essential) Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS for both email and web development Experience working with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress and Wix Familiarity with Dreamweaver for email template design and editing Experience with social media management, including running paid campaigns and managing access across platforms An understanding of digital campaign performance metrics and how to optimise for engagement Experience creating and refining reports, both through dashboards and manual data pulls Working familiarity with web content systems and integration of digital channels (email, web, social) A sharp attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
