Key Responsibilities

• Leading and Mentoring: Guide and grow a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Technical Vision & Execution: Drive technical strategy, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
• Platform Transformation: Play a pivotal role in the ongoing evolution of our platform, including our transition to Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, and exploring the integration of AI.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, translating strategic goals into technical solutions and driving technology change and business transformation.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in software engineering, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  
  
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of expertise in software engineering, with preference for experience in .Net, Angular, MVC, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience as a People Lead / Engineering Lead, successfully guiding and scaling cross-functional teams in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrable expertise in business and stakeholder management, driving technology change and business transformation.
• A strong understanding of business case development and the ability to articulate technical solutions in a business context.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for innovation, with an interest in emerging technologies like AI.
