As a Technology Support Analyst, you'll provide day-to-day tech support for users in your local Omnicom office. You'll help resolve technical issues efficiently and assist with broader projects when needed. When problems require escalation, you'll act as a trusted advocate for users, ensuring smooth collaboration across service teams. You may occasionally support other Omnicom offices as required.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver end-user support via ServiceNow (Level 2, and Level 1 when needed)
  • Support rollout of global tech projects locally
  • Troubleshoot and escalate urgent IT issues
  • Provide AV setup and "white glove" executive support
  • Spot support trends and suggest improvements
  • Help with office tasks like moves or power shutdowns

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of IT support experience, including AV setup
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, MacOS, and mobile tech
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, and understanding of escalation paths
  • Bonus: Experience with JAMF, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, or cloud security tools
  • Great communication skills and ability to explain tech clearly
  • Strong judgement, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Team player who can stay calm under pressure
  • Able to work with discretion and flexibility across different teams and locations
