As a Site Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in maintaining and enhancing the performance of advanced equipment at our client’s major processing sites. If you’re looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same-and your work truly matters-this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and troubleshoot automated processing machinery
- Perform timely fault diagnosis and repairs
- Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams
- Drive improvements in system reliability and performance
- Mentor junior technicians and support training initiatives
- Electrical or mechanical trade qualification (EWRB or EST A/B ideal)
- 3+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance or production environments
- Comfortable with shift work
- Must have own car and driver’s license to be able to get between sites
- Solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Competency in reading electrical/mechanical drawings and using maintenance systems
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, SCADA, or CMMS platforms (e.g. SAP, Maximo)
- Exposure to fast-paced or 24/7 operational settings
