Join this professional, friendly and results driven team where you will have the opportunity to advise private sector, central and local Government, and not-for-profit organisations on all aspects of employment and health and safety law.

Work will include local and international contentious and non-contentious matters, including but not limited to:

• Employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Industrial relations, unions, and collective bargaining
• Disciplinary investigations and dismissals
• Employee relations
• Health and safety
  
  

You will not need to have previous employment experience, an advocacy background with a desire to move into this space will be considered.

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu

• 0-3 years’ experience in an advocacy position or employment role
• A current New Zealand practising certificate or the ability to obtain one quickly
• Strong technical, written and analytical skills
• A pragmatic approach and great interpersonal skills
