Site Supervisor

Job description:

• Lead a team of construction workers to deliver construction plans on site
• Assist Construction Managers in planning construction projects
• Plan and schedule construction tasks for workers
• Order and organize materials and supplies, and conduct inspections, ensuring compliance with standards
• Monitor progress against work schedule and budget
• Liaise with the client to ensure all the quality aspect of the task are met in line with statutory and legislative provisions and their requirements
• Monitor and record team members’ performance
• Demonstrate good planning and organisation in your day-to-day activities
• Be pro-active in the approach to safety issues

Job pre-requisites:

• At least two years of relevant experience in construction industry
• Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
• Being physically fit
• Must not have any criminal record
