West Coast Kebab in Greymouth is not just another food truck — we're proud to serve the best Turkish kebabs on wheels! We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate cook to join our hardworking team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in crafting flavourful, quality food, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are open Monday to Sunday, from 10 am to 9 pm. Please note that we operate on most public holidays (except Christmas and Easter), so availability during holidays is essential.

You would have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a cook (we will check your references)
• Experience in Mediterranean or specifically Turkish cuisine is a plus
• A high standard of personal hygiene and presentation
• The ability to work in a small, high-paced, and high-volume environment
• Punctuality, organisation, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Experience with health and safety laws and keeping records for quality control
• Availability to work on holidays, evenings, and weekends — you will be rostered from 10 am to 9 pm
• New Zealand residency or a visa allowing you to work

What we are offering:

• Full-time permanent employment
• A minimum of 30 hours/week guaranteed
• Pay rate: $26/h–$30/h (depending on experience)
