Seeking duty manager for our store

We are looking for a manager for our store.

Key duties include:

• Manage inventory by deciding on stock additions/removals and maintaining appropriate levels based on demand.
• Purchase stock efficiently, negotiate with suppliers, set competitive pricing, and ensure high service standards.
• Create marketing strategies tailored to local clientele, including in-store promotions and community engagement, while regularly proposing and implementing revenue-boosting ideas.
• Provide excellent customer service, offer product advice, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and oversee budgets to ensure financial sustainability of the shop.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to support daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all work practices.
• Adjust products and services to align with seasonal trends and the specific needs of the local community.

The right applicant must have at least three years of relevant work experience and product knowledge.

We will offer a minimum of 40 hours per week.
