Renovator / Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler

Full-time qualified and experienced Renovator / Kitchen adn Bathroom Remodeler wanted

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Renovator / Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler to join our team. You will be responsible for framing, hardware installation, insulation, joinery, siteworks, trims and finishing, window and door installation, erecting walls, and precision tasks such as installing cabinets, trim, and molding.

Your tasks may include:

• Studying drawings and specifications to determine required materials, dimensions, and installation procedures
• Ordering and selecting timber and materials, and preparing layouts
• Cutting materials, and assembling and nailing cut and shaped parts
• Erecting framework and roof structures, laying sub-flooring and floorboards, and verifying the accuracy of structures
• Nailing fascia panels, sheathing roofs, and fitting exterior wall cladding, door frames, and window frames
• Assembling prepared wood to form structures and fittings ready for installation
• Cutting wood joints
• May construct concrete formwork
• May repair existing fittings

Experience and Skills required:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial and/or residential renovation
• A Diploma qualification in Interior Design is preferred
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and ensure customer satisfaction
• Strong ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in job site management, preparation, and cleanup
• Ability to review and interpret plans
• Skilled in framing and finish carpentry, cabinet layout and installation, and other general remodeling and finishing tasks related to the construction process
• Excellent attention to detail
