About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts on a national scale. Your primary objective will be to drive growth by identifying and maximising sales opportunities across all relevant channels.
Key Duties:
- Build and grow relationships with key large customers and channel partners.
- Manage sales, category, and marketing budgets, including financial forecasting and KPI tracking.
- Represent the full product portfolio, leading account planning and execution aligned with strategic goals.
- Implement channel strategies and drive sales and marketing initiatives for assigned accounts.
- Handle internal and external communications, attend industry events and participate in business reviews.
- Align efforts with senior management through regular strategic meetings and collaboration.
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage training plans and ensure compliance with company values and legal standards.
- Perform additional tasks to support evolving business needs.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of account management experience, including managing large customers and driving sales growth.
- Strong background in the hardware, retail, or similar industry.
- Proven skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation and strategic planning.
- Highly proficient in data analysis, financial planning and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organisation and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- A passion for delivering results and contributing to a positive team culture.
