DB Breweries is on the lookout for a hands-on and skilled Maintenance Fitter - Mechanical to join our Engineering team in Auckland. This is a full-time role on a 4-shift rotating roster, supporting our operations and ensuring our Brewery runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
You’ll be a key part of our maintenance team, helping to keep our machinery in top shape so we can keep delivering the high-quality products Kiwis love.

You’ll be a key part of our maintenance team, helping to keep our machinery in top shape so we can keep delivering the high-quality products Kiwis love.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out mechanical maintenance – reactive, planned and preventive
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and contribute to equipment reliability
- Support TPM and continuous improvement across the Brewery
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Utilities teams
- Mechanical trade qualification (NZCE or Advanced Trade Cert)
- Experience in FMCG, food or beverage manufacturing is ideal
- Willingness to work 4-shift rotating roster
- Strong team player with a proactive, safety-first approach
- Must have valid New Zealand work rights
