Personal Assistant - Auckland

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to our Building Structures and Building Services Operations Managers in our Auckland office on a permanent full-time basis. You’ll act as a central link between the Operations Managers, our leadership team, and key stakeholders across the business.
This role is ideal for a highly organised and results-driven individual with a calm, adaptable demeanour who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and builds strong relationships with ease. It requires attention to detail, resilience, diplomacy, sound business acumen, and a high level of commitment. As you shape the role and make it your own, you’ll find daily opportunities to learn, contribute, and support the team’s success.

You are calm, adaptable, and experienced in supporting management-level roles. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and sound judgement. You’ll also be highly organised, able to manage shifting priorities and deadlines, and bring a proactive, positive attitude with a good sense of humour.
