We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who brings more than technical skills.
In this role you will work with clients to plan for sustainable business growth by identifying their business issues, creating a plan and making it happen. We want someone who’s curious, energetic and driven — someone who’s ready to be a catalyst for business growth.

- You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients — from entrepreneurs to complex corporate structures to private wealth
- You’ll go way beyond compliance: you’ll help clients innovate, streamline and grow.
- You’ll ace the technical stuff: preparing management reports, financial statements, cash flows and tax return for clients, as well as tax planning and other advisory work.
- You’ll be empowered to take initiative, bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo. Your team and clients love it when their accountant says, “What if we tried it this way?”
- You’ll have the support of an experienced manager, partner and a collaborative team
- You can spot opportunities and have the ability to upsell clients (or want to learn how to do this) - this is a key skill to learn to advance to partner level.
- You thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
- A qualified CA with 3+ years' experience in a BAS or similar role.
- A natural problem-solver and forward-thinker with initiative to get things done.
- Excited by complexity and curious about how different businesses tick.
- Ready to take ownership of your client work and contribute ideas that make a measurable difference.
- Someone who values high standards, accuracy and growth — both for yourself and for your clients.
- Commercially aware, confident in your professional knowledge with good people and communication skills.
