You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, supporting some of the country's biggest brands and audiences. How You’ll Do It
Working alongside experienced digital experts and reporting to our Digital Performance Manager, you'll be:
- Driving Campaign Execution: Manage and optimise cross-platform campaigns including SEM, SEO, social media, video, and display.
- Analysing and Optimising Performance: Monitor KPIs using platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Console, and proactively identify opportunities to improve.
- Managing Budgets: Allocate and track spend to ensure every dollar delivers maximum impact.
- Delivering Insightful Reporting: Craft performance reports that uncover key learnings and highlight success metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborating Creatively: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, contributing ideas and solutions that enhance NZME’s digital footprint.
You’re a detail-loving, results-driven digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideally, you bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in digital campaign management across social, search, audio, video, or display.
- A natural instinct for campaign optimisation and a curious, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical skills in digital platforms, with a passion for learning and adapting to new tools.
- A team-first attitude, a proactive approach to personal development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional audience-focused work.
- Bonus points if you have a marketing qualification, relevant certifications, or a flair for copywriting and insights storytelling.
