  • $29.30 per hour paid fortnightly
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00

  • Location: 2 Smart Road, New Plymouth

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way. You will be based at our Taranaki Operations Centre.

Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

About This Role

  • Daily interaction with delivery agents, courier drivers, Rural delivery drivers, customer service team and warehouse staff
  • Monitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery team
  • Assist with customer queries
  • Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutions
  • Undertake vital administration tasks

To be the ideal candidate for this role you will:

  • Have intermediate level computer skills
  • Confident interacting with people from all backgrounds via face to face, phone and email
  • Experience in fleet management or logistics highly sort after but not essential as long as it's relatable
  • Proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resources
  • Enjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversations
  • You rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguity
