About The Role
This is a key role in our Centre Management team, responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns, community events and digital content that enhances the Centre’s reputation and drives customer engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a yearly calendar of promotions, campaigns and events
- Plan and deliver engaging in-centre events and seasonal activations (e.g. Christmas, Easter)
- Create content for digital platforms including social media, website and retailer communications
- Liaise with local businesses and community groups to drive regional event involvement
- Track and report on customer behaviour, campaign results and sales performance
- Manage event budgets, supplier relationships and promotional spaces
- Work collaboratively with retailers and support a strong Centre experience
You’ll be hands-on, positive, and eager to create memorable experiences for customers. You’ll love a role that blends strategy and creativity with execution.
- You’ll bring:
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, events or promotional roles
- Solid experience with social media and digital content management
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Financial and budget management know-how
- A passion for customer experience and community connection
- Previous retail or merchandising experience (a bonus)
