Walond Ltd (TA Look Sharp) is seeking a driven and professional IT support person who can support our retail stores. This position is based in Penrose, Auckland.

• Installing and configuring software and hardware requirements of computer systems

• ensure all security software is in place to protect computer systems of Look Sharp Store

• Update and maintain the Look Sharp Store website presence

• Review and update online marketing tool

• Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems

• Checking connectivity of the main server to all computers of the company and broadband

• Working with database software to find ways to store, organise and manage data

• Assisting with database design and development

• Updating and amending existing database

• Setting up and testing new database and data handling system

• Preparing reports, documentation, and operating manuals

• Monitoring database efficiency

• Ensure daily data backup promptly

• Providing training and support to new staff and feedback to management

• Be able to work in stores to provide IT support on site as required

Requirements:
Minimum of one year of relevant experience or relevant qualification in
IT Good technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Communication and customer service skills No criminal record
