This is an exceptional opportunity to join Watercare's Developer Services team!
As a Compliance Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers engaging with the compliance team within developer services. This is a customer-facing role that plays an important role in managing incoming compliance applications, engineering approvals, and general queries.
A key focus of this position is to provide accurate and timely responses to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your Background Will Include
- Experience working in a customer focused role.
- Strong computer skills, with experience in the Microsoft suite.
- Previous experience in water/wastewater industry would be an advantage although this is not essential.
- Study towards a Dip Engineering would also be an advantage.
