We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Landing Drive Outbound team on the afternoon shift. This is an awesome opportunity for our internal team to step up into a leadership position!

About The Role

• Champion our Journey to Zero safety objectives, ensuring that safety is the foundation of all activities in your team.
• Collaborate closely with your manager to plan and coordinate daily operations, as well as specific functional areas within our Distribution Centre.
• Foster effective communication and engagement within your team through regular team meetings and one-on-one discussions.
• Develop a high-performing culture within your team by investing in the growth and development of your people.
• Embrace a hands-on and proactive approach, leading by example as you tackle operational challenges alongside your team.
• Manage both high performance and disciplinary matters within your team.
• The roster for this role is Monday to Friday 1400 – 2230
