- Design and implement automated email journeys in Mailchimp.
- Own campaign setup, secure internal approvals and ensure performance execution.
- Build, test and manage eDM campaigns and customer flows.
- Website Content & Management:
- Update website with fresh messaging and content.
- Optimise for user experience and performance enhancement.
- Copywriting & Content Development:
- Craft compelling case studies with a focus on credibility and clarity.
- Collateral & Design Coordination:
- Brief designers, review their output and manage the approval process.
- Strong execution skills across digital marketing platforms.
- Proficient in tools like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CMS, and CRM.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Must have experience with Mailchimp.
