Your Impact in this role

Reporting to the Commercial Systems Manager, you'll be the digital backbone of our R&D team — managing the systems and tools that support the development and launch of our poultry products. You'll take ownership of data entry, system configurations, and maintenance across platforms including Infor M3 (ERP), GS1 NPC, specification systems, and artwork proofing tools.

This role is critical in driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and enabling continuous improvement in the way we manage and deliver R&D data — ultimately helping bring new products to life.

What a day in the life of the role looks like?

• Set up all new codes in ERP system using the standardised naming conventions.

• Escalate data anomalies or system and process failures to the Commercial Systems Manager and/or IS Support team.

• Develop and maintain user guides and SOPs for data entry and system usage.

• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline R&D processes.

• Create and manage R&D dashboards to track project progress, specification status, and data completeness using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.

What you'll bring to the table?

• A degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field, with 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.

• Solid understanding of product development workflows within FMCG.

• High confidence in handling Excel and managing datasets.

• Meticulous attention to detail — you spot the typo before it happens

• Exposure to Power Platform would be an added advantage
