What You'll Do
As a Commercial Property Manager, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage a diverse commercial property portfolio. You will lead leasing functions, negotiate and review lease agreements while maintaining strong relationships with external leasing agents and prospective tenants. Your role will also involve developing and implementing property management policies to enhance efficiency and profitability. You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance while managing vendor and contractor relationships. Upholding commitment to health and safety compliance is paramount in this role. Lastly, you will actively participate in performance reviews and professional development.
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Property Manager position brings a wealth of industry experience along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. With at least 5 years of experience in property management, leasing or related fields, you have honed your negotiation skills and developed strong relationships within the industry.
