The role

Your role will be to own the execution of Alpine’s Business Strategy, driving and leading the transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for collaborating with various teams across the organisation to ensure the successful implementation of transformation strategies, this includes ensuring effective Project Management Support is provided to the business. This is a 2 year fixed-term contract role.


What you will bring

  • You will have experience leading transformation initiatives, all of business transformation, within a large complex organisation.
  • Prior experience at an executive level, demonstrating all of business influence. This includes excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivery complex projects within programmes and portfolios as part of a large-scale transformation within scope, budget and timeline.
