The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a casual Operations Assistant to work in our client experience and office services teams. To be successful, you'll thrive on providing exceptional client service and enjoy working in a busy, varied, and professional environment.

If you are called in to support the client experience team, you'd be welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing our booking system, liaising with our catering team, making refreshments, and preparing rooms with audio visual technology for various meetings and events.

If you are called in to support the office services team, responsibilities would include photocopying, binding, mail distribution, couriers, attending to phone and email queries, assisting with room and furniture setup for meetings and functions, and general office maintenance such as assembling office furniture. There may be some lifting and use of a ladder involved in some of the responsibilities.

  • Experience in similar roles
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for someone who is able to remain calm under pressure, professional, friendly, and able to develop relationships with internal and external clients. You will need to be responsive to queries, demonstrate initiative, and have a proactive, solutions-focused outlook.
