Are you an experienced line mechanic ready to step into a leadership role? Join us as a G&B Line Mechanic Foreperson and take charge of a high performing team delivering safe and efficient overhead maintenance services across the Auckland region.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for leading a team in the construction and maintenance of electrical lines. You’ll plan and direct daily operations, support technical performance, and ensure that all work meets our safety, quality, and customer expectations. You’ll also play an important role in coaching and developing the team while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, safety, and performance delivery.

About You:
- EWRB registration with practicing licence
- Full NZ driver’s licence (Class 2 preferred)
- Proven experience in overhead lines work
- A great attitude with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- A solid safety track record and physical fit to meet the demands of the job
