We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Advisor within the Deputy Chief Executive Office, supporting the Service Delivery group. Reporting to the Business Manager - Service Delivery, as the Business Advisor, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and implementing improvements to business, financial and administrative processes to enhance operational effectiveness of the Service Delivery Group.

You will work alongside a team of Business Advisors where you will share your knowledge and skills, you will also work alongside a team of Coordinators, Team Administrators and Personal Assistants to support the wider Service Delivery group with administrative and advisory services.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to tasks/projects, acting as a conjugate, bringing persons involved in the task/project together to do the 'doing' to present the finished product to leaders.
  • Generating operational reports and communications adding insights and commentary.
  • Developing resources/artifacts to monitor, review or advance tasks/projects e.g., PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, information sheets, key messages, and SharePoint site pages to increase engagement and understanding, forms, Lists, flows etc.
  • Liaising with Risk Managers and leaders to ensure there is adequate risk awareness across Service Delivery.Supporting
