Job Description
This is your opportunity to:
- Implement curriculum that fuses digital theory and technical practice through work-integrated learning
- Share your expertise to shape innovative, industry-relevant curriculum that prepares graduates for tomorrow’s workplace challenges.
- Establish authentic assessment frameworks that reflect real-world projects and outcomes
- Create blended, hybrid, and online learning experiences that are inclusive, innovative, and aligned with industry needs
- Build and maintain strong industry partnerships to ensure ongoing curriculum relevance
- Contribute to discipline-relevant research that advances applied knowledge and supports institutional research capacity
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring a future-focused perspective, strong leadership, and a balance of academic and practical experience. Specifically:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Higher education teaching qualifications (preferred)
- Experience in leading within industry and/or higher education settings
- Demonstrated success in vocational programme development and work-integrated learning
- A track record of collaboration and innovation across technical education settings
- Active or emerging engagement in discipline-relevant research
- A learner-centred approach that empowers educators and students alike
