Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery


  • Work with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements
  • Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE apps (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
  • Define and document functional designs, user stories, and solution configurations
  • Implement business process automation using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Support data migration, integration testing, and deployment activities
  • Develop user training materials and deliver training workshops


  • Consulting & Client Engagement


  • Facilitate client workshops and requirements gathering sessions
  • Provide best practice advice on CRM process design and D365 CE capabilities
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution
  • Contribute to project planning, risk management, and delivery governance


  • Required Skills & Experience

    Core Platform Experience


  • 3-5 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong functional knowledge of modules such as:
  • Sales Hub (Leads, Opportunities, Pipeline Management)
  • Customer Service (Cases, SLAs, Knowledge Base)
  • Marketing (Campaigns, Customer Journeys) — nice to have



  • Experience configuring:
  • Forms, Views, Business Rules, Security Roles, Business Process Flows
  • Model-driven Apps and basic Power Platform configuration

  • Power Platform Awareness


  • Power Automate for workflow automation
  • Awareness of Power BI for reporting and dashboards
  • Dataverse knowledge (data model, relationships)


  • Consulting Skills


  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
