About The Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Business Services Outsourcing Team by managing payroll and administrative tasks for a diverse client base. You’ll ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time, while also handling client-specific requirements and Inland Revenue Department correspondence.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Process and review small to medium-sized payrolls across multiple clients and pay cycles.
- Ensure compliance with NZ payroll legislation and internal deadlines.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Manage IRD payroll-related communications on behalf of clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Solid understanding of New Zealand payroll legislation.
- Experience with payroll systems such as iPayroll, Employment Hero, and Xero.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client needs.
- Previous experience in a complex or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
