About The Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Business Services Outsourcing Team by managing payroll and administrative tasks for a diverse client base. You’ll ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time, while also handling client-specific requirements and Inland Revenue Department correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review small to medium-sized payrolls across multiple clients and pay cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with NZ payroll legislation and internal deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Manage IRD payroll-related communications on behalf of clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of New Zealand payroll legislation.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as iPayroll, Employment Hero, and Xero.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client needs.
  • Previous experience in a complex or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
