Architect / Intermediate Architectural Graduate

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Architect or Intermediate Architectural Graduate to join a leading design studio working on meaningful and technically complex healthcare projects.

Based in the Tauranga office, you’ll be part of a collaborative, people-focused team delivering high-quality built outcomes across the region. This role offers the chance to work on projects that directly impact communities and be part of a studio that values creativity, initiative, and smart design thinking.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and contributing to the design and documentation of healthcare projects
• Coordinating with consultants, clients, and internal teams across all project phases
• Applying your technical knowledge and sector expertise to support project delivery
• Using Revit daily, with experience in Enscape and InDesign a bonus
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years post-graduate experience in architecture
• Proven experience in healthcare design (essential)
• Registered Architect or working towards registration
• Strong Revit skills
• Commercial project experience from concept to delivery
• Someone who’s confident, collaborative, and proactive in their work
