dining experiences and are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and
oversee daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $26 – $32 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week (including weekends and public holidays)
Number of Vacancies: 1

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus that reflect our culinary vision and customer preferences.
  • Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods in alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Plan and organize special events and functions to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure dining facilities meet health regulations and maintain a clean, functional, and appealing environment.
  • Engage with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Select, train, and supervise waiting and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A relevant hospitality or business qualification, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, and public
holidays.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Integrity: A clean criminal history and the ability to pass any pre-employment checks.
