Available Roles:

Lead frontline operations and supervise security personnel across port and freight hub sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce health, safety, and security policies
• Supervise on-duty security teams and coordinate duties across multiple sites
• Provide frontline customer service and incident response
• Manage rosters, daily summaries, training records, and reporting
• Escalate and report all incidents

Play a vital role across various assignments including gatehouse, search, van patrols, CCTV, and freight hub duties.
Key Duties (depending on assignment):

• Access control, ID verification, and visitor management
• Bag and vehicle searches
• CCTV and alarm monitoring
• Patrols, welfare checks, and emergency response
• Customer service and liaison with stakeholders
• Incident and report writing
• Driving security vans (where required)

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication (spoken and written English; second language a bonus)
• Professional conduct, integrity, and reliability
• Physical fitness and mobility to meet role demands
• Calm under pressure – skilled in conflict resolution and emergency response
• Flexibility with shifts and role requirements
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Current Green COA
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
