About the role:

Accenture are looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure Enterprise Solution Architect who will develop professional services, managed services, and outsourcing solutions for our customers on the Microsoft Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Leadership


  • Define end-to-end solution architecture leveraging Microsoft Azure services
  • Lead cloud strategy, roadmap definition, and reference architecture design for enterprise clients
  • Drive adoption of Azure Landing Zones and Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework best practices
  • Architect cloud-native, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions that align to client business outcomes


  • Delivery & Governance


  • Provide technical governance across the project lifecycle from design to delivery
  • Lead architecture reviews, assurance, and design decision forums
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and ecosystem partners to shape solution offerings
  • Guide DevOps practices, automation, and infrastructure as code implementations


  • Client Advisory & Engagement


  • Engage C-level and senior business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs
  • Lead design workshops, technical deep-dives, and pre-sales solutioning
  • Contribute to client proposals, RFP responses, and technical content


  • Required Skills & Experience

    Core Technical Expertise


  • Enterprise-scale Azure solution design across IaaS, PaaS, Data & AI
  • Azure Networking, Security, Compute, Storage, Identity (Azure AD)
  • Cloud-native Architecture (Microservices, AKS, Serverless, API Management)
  • Azure Data Platform (Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks) — advantageous
  • DevOps & Infrastructure as Code (Azure DevOps, Terraform, Bicep)
  • Integration Patterns & API Management
  • Security & Compliance Architecture (Zero Trust, RBAC, Policy)


  • Consulting Skills


  • Strong client-facing consulting experience within complex enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, delivery squads, and partners
