Own and scale our global digital-acquisition engine and craft high-performing user experiences and creative assets for our lifestyle-brand portfolio across all regions - ANZ, EMEA, North America, LATAM. Using the Bespoke Digital Program we have developed to drive our digital stack globally, you’ll blend data-led performance marketing, CRO and digital design to drive revenue and strengthen brand equity across our owned and managed websites.

Timezone and Travel Flexibility
This is an international role that requires collaboration with teams across the UK, US, Europe, LATAM, and APAC. As such, you will need to manage early morning or late evening calls to align with these global time zones. Flexibility in your working hours is essential to accommodate these needs, within reason.
Additionally, there will be travel requirements to the Northern Hemisphere to meet with the Digital International HQ team and, at times, with distributor teams in other regions.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing:
- Plan & execute multi-market paid media (SEM, paid social, programmatic, affiliates).
- Hit CAC/ROAS targets through audience, bid & creative testing.
- Maintain an always-on experimentation roadmap.
- Using Tracking Reports send performance outcomes and recommendations to all relevant stakeholders on a weekly basis
- You will will harness our comprehensive technology stack to drive acquisition and optimize customer experiences.
- Our digital stack is built on Shopify with PageFly for advanced page customization, complemented by the complete suite of Meta advertising and analytics tools, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google's marketing and analytics platforms (including GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, and Optimize).
- Email and customer engagement are powered by Klaviyo, while Yotpo drives our review and loyalty programs.
- The team collaborates through Slack for real-time communication and Notion for project management and documentation.
- Design processes flowing through Figma and Framer.
- Customer retention is enhanced through Rise and Yotpo, our digital wallet and loyalty platforms.
- Workflow automation is handled through a mix of Zapier, Make, n8n, Lindy, and direct use of AI models to ensure seamless data flows and operational efficiency.
- Audit and optimise site journeys for desktop/mobile with the support of in market teams and give recommendations to optimise
- Lead A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, checkout flows, copy & messaging.
- Work with the Digital Developer to partner with Brand Dev teams to QA and launch enhancements across International sites.
- Support Distributor Design teams with International Ads, emails and on-site assets received from the Brand HQ ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and UX best practices.
- Brief, review and iterate static, motion and UGC assets in Figma
- Run creative testing (DCO, ad variants) and surface insights to improve performance.
- Manage digital asset libraries and maintain efficient workflow between marketing, design and external partners.
- Keep GA4 and ad-platform attribution clean; build dashboards that surface actionable insights.
- Present concise performance stories to executives, highlighting wins, learnings and next steps.
- Work with local distributor team to adapt campaigns and on-site experiences for language, currency and cultural nuance.
- Coordinate with regional marketing leads on calendars, promos and merchandising.
- With the support of the Head of Digital and in market digital leads manage global performance budget; update weekly pacing and monthly forecasts, reallocating spend to high-ROI markets and channels.
- 2-5 yrs managing multi-channel performance media
- Proven record of CRO ownership with tools like Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and a strong eye for mobile-first design & typography.
- Hands-on with GA4, Looker/Data Studio, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo and Shopify
- Experience localising campaigns for at least two non-English markets.
- Data-driven storyteller who simplifies complex performance narratives for C-suite.
- People-friendly collaborator able to rally cross-functional teams around testing and creative excellence.
