Job Description

You’ll be the go-to person for bringing new stores to life and refreshing existing ones. From empty floors to fully merchandised retail experiences — you’ll make it all happen, and you won’t do it alone.

  • Lead new store setups, relays, expansions, and relocations across Australia.

  • Bring stores to life with expert planogramming and merchandising.

  • Train and support store teams so they’re set up for long-term success.

  • Work closely with stakeholders at every level — from head office to shop floor.

  • Travel frequently and work in-store environments to deliver top results on tight timelines.

  • Roll up your sleeves — this is a hands-on role that requires energy, focus, and a passion for retail excellence.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills – especially under pressure.

  • Retail experience and a solid understanding of merchandising best practices.

  • Strong planogramming experience (essential).

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • A full driver’s licence and a genuine love of travel.

  • Top-notch communication and organisational skills.

  • The ability to lift, shift, and move stock as needed – you're not afraid of hard work!

  • A great attitude, loads of energy, and a commitment to doing things right.
