The role

We are seeking a Contact Centre Team Leader to join this Lower Hutt based team. You will work alongside other Team Leaders and have support from highly experienced individuals from management, trainers and the CSR's. Our client provide a variety of support to its customers - with a customer focused approach. In this role you will be leading a team - performing all aspects of leadership from rostering, coaching, mentoring and ensuring that SLA's are met.


  • Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
  • Hybrid working
  • Permanent opportunity
  • ASAP start


About You


  • Experience leading in a contact centre environment
  • Overseeing work flow management & escalations for the team
  • Lead by example while coaching & mentoring your team to a high standard
  • Have a Positive attitude, be detail oriented & have flexibility within your team
  • Great leadership capabilities
  • Ability to become a SME in your role - jump in and support your team when!
