We are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join our busy and growing Employment Law practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially savvy employment lawyer looking to work across a diverse range of clients, from large corporates to public sector organisations. What you'll be doing: * Advising clients on all aspects of employment law including personal grievances, performance management, restructures, investigations, and industrial relations matters. * Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, policies, and HR documentation. * Managing files autonomously and mentoring junior team members. * Supporting clients with day-to-day advisory matters as well as complex contentious issues. * Engaging with a wide client base to provide strategic, pragmatic, and solution-focused legal advice.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years PQE with strong experience in employment law gained in private practice or in-house.
- Confidence managing files independently and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A client-centric mindset and the ability to deliver clear, commercially tailored legal advice.
- An interest in contributing to business development and building trusted client relationships.
