We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Senior Technical Lead to join our Technical Delivery Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with our Software Engineering, Platform and Product teams to shape our integration and enterprise platform technical solutions.
This role is a key part of the Digital Technology team to deliver a secure and reliable technology experience to our teams around the world. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will need to understand customer needs / business value, show technical leadership and be able to work with cross-functional teams to oversee the technical design and delivery of some of our critical enterprise platforms.
This is a hands on, “get stuck in” role, working with both internal and external teams to own and execute on our integration and enterprise platform technical strategy and roadmaps.

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will need to understand customer needs / business value, show technical leadership and be able to work with cross-functional teams to oversee the technical design and delivery of some of our critical enterprise platforms.
This is a hands on, “get stuck in” role, working with both internal and external teams to own and execute on our integration and enterprise platform technical strategy and roadmaps.
- Working with business domain teams, lead the design and delivery of integrated platform solutions (e.g. martech).
- Creating and maintaining patterns for Enterprise Platform Integration and guiding teams on alignment (Platform Owners, Product Managers and wider stakeholder groups). This includes being involved in the conceptual business architecture and understanding the business outcomes required.
- Collaborating with the wider Digital team to ensure alignment to the wider enterprise and application architecture roadmaps.
- Overseeing technical implementation tasks from solution design, vendor integration to production.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical lead / solution architect in a complex environment.
- Proven expertise in Solution Architecture, cost analysis, and technical leadership.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience selecting vendors, implementing vendor solutions and aligning to a defined architecture.
- Experience in designing complex solutions, building microservice architectures and building event driven architectures.
- Strong integration experience with 3rd party applications.
- AWS Certification is highly desirable.
