Lending Operations is a rewarding team to work for where you will play an integral role in making our customers home loan dreams come true!

As a Lending Operations Representative you will:

• Prepare home loans for settlement, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth settlement and great customer experience.
• Transfer funds for settlement both internally and externally.
• Complete peer review checks as well as quality assurance of settled applications.
• Settle different types of applications including new purchases, refinances, top ups and construction loans.
• Organise the funding of loan accounts and set up payments.
• Engage with solicitors and mortgage advisers, often thinking outside the box to make something happen.
  
  
  

This is one-year fixed term contract opportunity ending June 2026.

• Prior experience in financial services, or banking within a branch, contact centre or operational role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Tech savvy, with the ability to learn and use different systems.
