About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment and workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
- Organisational Development: Design and deliver training, leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion a positive, inclusive culture through engagement programs and internal communications.
- Industrial Relations: Manage union relationships and collective bargaining processes, ensuring constructive and compliant outcomes.
- Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Oversee safety strategy and compliance, promoting a zero-harm culture across all sites.
- HR Governance: Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practices.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proven experience in union negotiations and industrial relations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change
- Lead HR strategy in a respected, values-driven organisation
- Influence culture and capability across multiple sites
