What You’ll Be Doing


  • Processing customer orders and credit notes accurately
  • Answering phone calls and handling technical customer inquiries
  • Coordinating transport and following up on deliveries
  • Preparing quotes and providing accurate pricing
  • Communicating with supplier reps and stakeholders
  • Managing email correspondence and general admin duties


What We’re Looking For


  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service (sales support in the trade industry is a plus!)
  • Strong computer literacy and fast typing skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
