We are hiring Commercial Cleaner for our Cleaning company based in Auckland. We specialise in comprehensive property. We offer our clients both commercial and residential.

Position: Commercial Cleaner. Hours of Work :- 30-40 hours per week (Availability during weekends) Pay rate: $29.66 –$ 30.00 per hour. Employment Type:- Full Time Location -Auckland

As a Commercial Cleaner your duties would be but not limited to:-

  • Taking pride in the work by ensuring areas should clean, tidy and presentable at any given time.
  • Emptying trash cans, Washing, drying and cleaning the windows, carpets, curtains and furniture.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor/Manager to make sure that you have sufficient cleaning products all the time.
  • To ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Adhere to prescribed cleaning and sanitation protocols in accordance with our regulations
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure safe and effective cleaning practices to achieve the “Stay Safe, Stay Clean” agenda.
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and consumables maintaining adequate inventory levels.
  • Polish, wax and re-wax floor.
  • Promptly report any maintenance or repair needs to the relevant personnel.
  • Comply with the site safety procedures and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Support the execution of the Master Sanitation Schedule within the areas of responsibility, ensuring that all Cleaning & sanitation tasks are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Apply protective coatings to paint and other surfaces.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining a organised storage area for cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent high-level cleanliness across the facility.
  • Assist in documenting and reporting sanitation activities as required by company policies and regulatory standards.
  • To report any breakage of property during the cleaning process

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must have a relevant experience.
  • Availability for weekend work is a must – Fri/Sat/Sun
  • Physically fit, Reliable, Good attitude
  • You should have a reliable source of transport during working hours.
  • We will provide full and continuous training to the staff.
  • You must have a clean police record.
