Position Available: Store Manager

Number of Positions Available: 1
Location: Auckland
Payrate: $32 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Kay Requirements:
At Least 2 years or Above of Relevant Experience.
or
At Least Level 4 or Above Relevant Qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including food preparation, customer service, and hygienecompliance.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
Manage staff rosters, shift planning, and leave scheduling.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer complaints and ensure a high standard of service.
Track store performance and take corrective action to meet sales and cost targets.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards within the store.
Report to the business owner or area manager on performance and staffing matters.

Location: Auckland Region
Payrate: $29 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 40
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day retail operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
Oversee staff during shifts, allocate duties, and manage rosters.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock orders and deliveries.
Ensure store presentation, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Perform daily cash handling, reconciliation, and banking tasks.
Train and support new staff members in customer service, systems, and safety protocols.
Handle emergency or unexpected situations professionally and according to company policies.
Report to store owner or manager regarding operational or staffing matters.
