Payrate: $31.61 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and profitable performance.

• Supervise, train, and manage staff to maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage inventory orders.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, staff schedules, cash handling, and store expenses.

• Implement store merchandising strategies and promotional displays.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety, employment, and operational regulations.

• Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

• Assist in rostering and workforce planning to meet store needs.

• Promote a clean, welcoming, and customer-focused store environment.
