We are seeking applications from experienced Senior Advisors with proven experience in short-term assignments related to Official Information Act (OIA) requests, Parliamentary Questions (PQs), weekly reporting, and briefings. This type of role is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in policy or advisory roles, who thrive under pressure and are committed to delivering high-quality outputs.

What You'll Do

  • Adapt quickly to new working environments
  • Responding accurately and efficiently to OIA requests, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and timelines.
  • Preparing and coordinating responses to Parliamentary Questions, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
  • Compiling and delivering weekly reports that provide insights and updates to stakeholders.
  • Drafting and reviewing briefings for senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide informed recommendations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior advisory or policy role, preferably within a governmental or public sector setting.
  • Demonstrable experience in handling OIAs, PQs, and preparing high-level reports and briefings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Minimum five years of experience or prior contracting/consulting experience
