We're looking for a skilled Property/Business Lawyer with 2–4 years’ post-admission experience to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients across a range of industries, offering end-to-end legal solutions that support their commercial and property goals. You’ll be part of a supportive and forward-thinking firm where your ideas, initiative and professionalism will be genuinely valued. What You'll Do * Draft, review and advise on a variety of commercial documents, including business sale agreements, service contracts and leases * Understand clients’ businesses and provide legal advice aligned with company constitutions, shareholder agreements, and director responsibilities * Advise on intellectual property matters, including the protection and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights and patents * Handle all legal aspects of property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, transfers and due diligence * Draft, negotiate, and enforce both commercial and residential leases * Navigate land use, zoning, and other planning issues relevant to property * Assist clients with dispute resolution in relation to ownership, boundary, and contractual issues * Advise on relationship property matters, including contracting out agreements and division of assets

What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years’ post-admission experience in property and/or business law
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Confidence in client-facing situations and the ability to build trust-based relationships
- A strong understanding of business and legal principles, including commercial cycles, governance and reporting
- The ability to hit the ground running, multitask effectively, and manage competing deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for property and business law
- A current practising certificate and an LLB or equivalent law qualification
