Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support their ongoing project financial administration on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, ensuring accurate administration of project finances.
What You Will Do
As a Part-Time Finance Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to support the ongoing project financial administration. You will be tasked with corresponding with various stakeholders to ensure accurate administration of finances. Your role will also involve supplier invoice coding in the financial system and journaling costs between projects as directed by the Finance Managers. Additionally, you will maintain the spend tracker and payment retention tracker. Other financial administration duties may be assigned.

The ideal candidate for this Part-Time 10 hours per week Finance Administrator role brings strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders. You will have experience in finance administration or a related field and are proficient in using financial systems for tasks such as supplier invoice coding. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your attention to detail will enable you to maintain trackers and journals accurately.
