Are you an experienced Group Account Director, or Account Service Lead, or someone in a similar role looking to move agency side?
This is your opportunity to work with a well-respected, full-service agency. Our Wellington-based team are leading the charge in transformative behaviour change campaigns in Aotearoa.
We develop and deliver culture-shaping campaigns that create emotional connections, improve outcomes and drive meaningful change. Our clients are doing important mahi for the betterment of communities throughout Aotearoa, and we are truly with them on that journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will be a pivotal part of a great team and your will be varied and interesting. The Group Account Director role is the most senior account service representative. You'll help plan, develop, and oversee the execution of a wide variety of multi-media campaigns, behaviour change campaigns, brand development and content creation, plus all sorts of interesting stuff. You'll provide day to day leadership and strategic direction across your accounts.
MORE ABOUT YOU A desire to work collaboratively. Strong people skills to be able to nuture key relationships. Problem solving skills Organised with attention to detail. Proven work experience in a fast-paced environment. You have culture humility, with an openness to learn, celebrate and promote cultural competency across the team.
