Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and leadership development courses.
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and align learning solutions with business goals.
- Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate training records and seamless user experiences.
- Lead corporate compliance training to ensure alignment with global standards and industry regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of apprenticeship programs to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Analyze training outcomes, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions address real-world challenges and deliver measurable impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, training, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Experience in technical, production, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
- Certification in training and development (advantageous).
